Trio available for the Blue Toon
Peterhead will look to build on their first three point haul of the season when struggling Queen's Park visit and the Blue Toon have Dean Cowie, Graeme Sharp and Ryan McCann available to bolster their squad.
A knee injury means that Callum MacDonald misses out and Ryan Strachan remains absent due to an ankle problem with work commitments keeping Bryan Gilfillan from the action.
Manager Jim McInally said: "We beat Queen's Park in the play-offs at the end of last season and a repeat of that would be great. They are rebuilding their side but they will get it together soon so we cannot take anything for granted."
The Spiders, who sit at the bottom of senior football in Scotland, travel north without four players due to injury as Paul Gallacher (knee), Grant Mosson (groin), Shaun Rooney (shin) and David Anderson (ankle) all miss out.
A loan deal to bring attacking midfielders David Gold and Euan Smith in from Hibs has hit complications and may not go through in time to leave head coach Gardner Speirs' resources stretched.
Speirs said: "Peterhead have kept a core of seasoned professionals and look to be settling down after an indifferent start. We are still knitting together but we will go to Balmoor and look to get those first points on board."
