Blue Toon braced for Berwick test
Peterhead return from a two-week break to face a Berwick side which manager Jim McInally rates as the best footballing outfit in Scottish League Two.
Connor McGlinchey and Andrew Rodgers serve suspensions for the Blue Toon, who also have doubts over defender Ryan McGeever (illness) and he could join Callum MacDonald (knee), Ryan Strachan (ankle) and Scott Ross (ankle) on the sidelines.
McInally said: "Berwick lost to Clyde last week but I am not reading anything into that as they had over 20 shots on goal which shows how dangerous they can be."
Berwick make the long trip north with Stephen Tulloch set to return to their defence after injury, however Dougie Brydon remains out due to his groin injury.
The Borderers have not won in four league games, however manager Ian Little is not panicking.
"We are playing well enough but have just not got over the finishing line in terms of killing teams off," he said. "We are creating changes but not being ruthless enough, when we start doing that we will get back to winning ways.
"Peterhead is always a good venue and a repeat of our recent Scottish Cup win over them would be terrific."
