Problems mount for Peterhead
League leaders Peterhead will be without Dean Richardson against Albion Rovers.
Richardson misses out as a result of the injuries he sustained in a road traffic accident last weekend. Blue Toon boss Jim McInally also needs to cope with the absence of Rory McAllister and Fraser McLaren, who both have hamstring injuries, as well as Bryan Gilfillan (calf), David Cox (foot) and Callum Macdonald (knee).
Dean Cowie is struggling for fitness after a bout of illness and he too remains a doubt.
McInally said: "We have been going really well recently and we do not want that to stop. However, this will be a real test of character for the boys that come in as Albion Rovers will be full of confidence."
Rovers are on their best run of results this season but head to Balmoor without the injured Peter Innes (leg), Kevin Nicoll (knee) and Pat Walker (ankle).
Scott Mercer is also unavailable to manager James Ward after his loan period from Dunfermline ended.
Ward said: "This should be a great meeting between two teams riding high on confidence just now. They have not lost at home for a very long time so it will take a great effort to win.
"They have an experienced squad and a very experienced manager so we know that we have to put on a top notch performance to get the three points."
